So i am getting a Panasonic PT-AE1000U and i am wondering what gain screen i should buy? The room will be fully light controlled.

Cannot go wrong with a 1.3 or 1.5 gain. The bulb ages. When properly calibrated, usually Ft-Lamberts falls off.

In a completely light controlled room go for matte white to slight gain (under 1.5) to fully maximize video spread and image uniformity.

I would suggest a Carada Brilliant White screen - 1.4 gain, top notch build.

Make sure to get your screen size accurate!
