What speakers do you think are better?
I ican Banned Oct 3, 2011 #2 better is subjective. why not audition them both and decide for yourself?
AcuDefTechGuy Audioholic Jedi Oct 3, 2011 #3 Neither brands are my favorites, but I would pick the B&W if this were a multiple choice test.
j_garcia Audioholic Jedi Oct 3, 2011 #5 I wouldn't consider those two in the same category. Between them, the B&Ws, but I agree with others: in the price range I'd probably be looking at something else. From Polk, you are wasting your time unless you are looking at least at the RTiA.

H honeymonster Enthusiast May 24, 2012 #7 I would also recommend you find a local dealer where you can listen to the models in your price range , KEF, Monitor Audio, Tannoy and B&W all make excellent speakers for the money in my opinion, but I finally settled on the B&W 685 speakers after a 2 hour demo as they suited my taste in sound balance - warm, detailed with great bass
