Axiom mt3i versus Onix Reference .5

I am looking for a small, attractive, pair of loudspeakers to use primarily for listening to CDs, and possible as a supplement to my home theatre setup. I am particularly interested in the Axiom mt3i which has received good reviews and the Onix Reference .5 which is on backorder but for which I can find no reviews (although I have a Rocket ufw-10 subwoofer which I love). Thanks for any help!

I also have a UFW-10 which I love.

The finish on the Onix Ref 0.5 is gorgeous but the more I listen to them,
the more I prefer the sound of the Axiom M22ti over the Ref 0.5.
The Ref 0.5 can get a little harsh in the highs when turned up.

I haven't heard the M3ti, although I've been thinking of getting
a pair for my study. (Based on comments, I've also been considering trying
out a pair of Cambridge SoundWorks Newton M60 speakers
as a compromise, but haven't tried them yet.)
