ATV merely a devise in iTunes, Mac Mini would have to be another account??

Sorry for my recent influx of questions, however this one should be simple:

As far as I know, if i went the ATV route (stored locally) then it would simply be another "device" under my itunes on my MacPro.

If I went the Mac Mini route as an HTPC, I'd need another itunes account correct? I ask because I don't want this to be another 1 of 5 computers that can share itunes purchased music...

I haven't used an ATV, but you should just be able to share to the ATV
