<font color='#000000'>Hey all,

Might anyone have an idea about the distance that should be provided between non-sheilded ADS L-810's and our new wide-screen HDTV?

Please advise.

Thanks,

<font color='#000000'>Rip, old buddy, I'm afraid that ADS is no longer in existence. &nbsp;Flexiflyer, I would contact the manufacturer of the Video Monitor and have them provide guidelines for speaker placement. &nbsp;Advise them of the brand of speaker and the drivers contained in each cabinet - the old 810s had dual 8&quot; woofers if I recall correctly.

Anyway best of luck, but always be safe with your monitor - err on the side of caution.

They are nicw speakers and are supposed to be shielded. If your TV is an LCD, No worries iv it is a tube type then it is recommended 2 meters.
