About to test new video cable

I Just got a monster 2 S-video cable 1.5M to connect my Sony DVP-NS575P
dvd player to my 32" Sony trinitron tv.
I have Previously been using an out of the box cable and a radio shack gold series cable,which I saw no difference between the two.
I am about to watch Black Halk Down and.We will see if I see an improvement.

ABX testing was impossible tonight so my decision is very subjective.
I found it to do its job ,just like the other two.The movies looked great but they did with the other two cables also.At the very least,it is a well made cable that doesnt feel like its going to fall apart like the out of box cable.
Woth $30? yeah why not.

ABX testing is not that simple, even with video cables that you can see the results and point it out. If you are not doing a split screen, side by side comparison, your memory will not be good enough to do it justice to remember the differences, or the lack there of. And is unreliable over time, very short time.

So, just don't worry and just use what you have.
