It's been a while since posting but figured I would give an update. I def should have insulated the walls with dynomat or something. Wife does not like the loud music. I have maybe got to enjoy 3 hours on these beauties. Will be putting up for sale as soon as can figure out what I want for them.

I am almost all set up, just trying to figure out how to get it all hooked up the way I want it. I have given up with being able to hook it up to my Yamaha receiver. Is there a decent preamp out there this isn't super expensive.

Still waiting to hear back from the builder on leaving that room unfinished. If that will be ok, then I will just start building a soundstage for the theater. Still not sure what to do about the center but a ton of ideas floating around. I might even try and build it into the soundstage somehow.

I like the look of the false wall, but done like the wasted space. I like a more open look but well see how it looks when I get in there. I am going to ask the builder to not finish the room and just let me do it all. That is if he is willing to take an X amount off the total price.

Well I talked with Don and he said to use the dcx2496 for a crossover. I just grabbed a couple of crown amps to power them. I will be ready to put them together next weekend. I cant wait to hear them either but really won't get to test them till Sep/Oct fully
