I think you could get a package witin your budget range from either Emotiva or Aperion. And if you don't like them just send them back within a month. None of these are you big brand devices but with your budget you'll likely have tom ake some compromises. Best of luck with your choices!

A load of 6 Ohms should not be a problem for those receivers, as mentioned above. You'll run into issues with lower quality amps when you're getting down to about 2 Ohms. Good luck with your choice.
