Default PSB Image B4 vs Alpha B1 for surrounds

I was looking for a pair of surrounds for my PSB T6. Was suggested Alpha B1.

    1. Had a look at Image B4. Is Image B4 worth paying higher than the Alpha B1.
    2. Also, noticed the Image S5 surround, which is pretty expensive. Is it worth the money?

All of your choices are good ones. The Alpha B1's would allow an 80hz crossover but other than that I don't think you would notice to much difference. Both are good speakers.

Another thing to keep in mind is your post was at 734am so most people are probably getting ready for work. The forums will typically pick up after 3:00pm when most people are getting home. It's usually good to give 24 hours for responses.

Spoke to dealers of both Alpha B1 and Image B4.
B4 will no longer be available, and Alpha B1 is available only in black.

Am looking for a Dark Cherry bookshelf. The B5 which is available is kinda expensive, not sure if its worth the money to use as surrounds.
