Which cheap sound bar to get?

I really don't know much about home theater. I need a sound bar for under $100. It's just for a small den for watching movies and directv. I was looking at walmart and they have these three that I'm trying to decide between.

Philips CSS2123/F7 2.1 Soundbar with Subwoofer $88

Vizio 32" Sound Bar Speaker, VSB207 $78

Vizio 40" 2.0 Home Theater Sound Bar $98

I was thinking the Vizio might be a little better quality but I really don't know. The reason I like the Philips one is because it has a subwoofer and I'm a big fan of bass. I really don't understand the specs on these so I can't really compare.
