Default Sony AV-3600 - OLD SCHOOL!

Have a looksee at this unit. This made in japan beast was one of the first portable video recording playback devices, and reel-to-reel to boot. Seems very nicely made!

I was wondering if anyone knows if this has the ability to record multiple audio tracks or just one?

That's a very good question. I don't remember any videocorders of this vintage being able to record multiple audio tracks _ at least the ones that I worked with in high school.

This was a single track machine. I did one project, on a 3600 - 3650 pair, where we created a simulated stereo effect, but that required decoding equipment on the playback to hear it.
