I'm sure Norton will do a good job acting, but I'm afraid that unproven director will totally screw up the movie. Why can't they get someone more proven? This director did "Unleashed" and "Transporter 2" ???

Ang Lee, who has won an Oscar for Best Director in the past, couldn't even save the first HULK movie. What can this director do?

Unleashed was OK. Transporter 2 was OK at times (basically the fight sequences), but had one of the dumbest endings ever.

I think this one has a chance at being OK, but I will hold my reservations for now. The trailer looked interesting and I think Norton should do fine.

looking forward to this one, nice to see a familiar backdrop in the showdown scene (Young Street in Toronto) They also filmed a lot of action sequences on the same block as my office building in Hamilton, pretty cool to see how they set all of these things up.

Just saw this preview at the theater attached to "Doomsday". I have my doubts about this new Hulk movie. I would hate to see this movie go belly up and flatten Edward Norton's career. I think the only thing strong enough to crush Ed Norton is the Hulk himself.:D

The Hulk is considered to be Marvel's strongest hero -- the madder he gets, the stronger he gets! Iron Man was able to knock the Hulk down once, but it took all the power he had in reserve and he (Iron Man) couldn't move after he delived to blow due to loss of energy reserves. Only the Mighty Thor, God of Thunder, comes close to being able to beat the Incredible Hulk -- Thor and Hulk have battled a few times to a draw before the fights stopped due to various reasons (which was good for Thor since the Hulk keeps getting stronger as previously mentioned).

*sigh* I love the Hulk. Definitely my favorite superhero since I was a little girl. And I love Ed Norton - I think he's supreme. But I hate that they always focus on the fighting parts of the hulk. MY favorite iteration of The Incredible Hulk was the TV show in the 80's with Bill Bixby. There we got to see how difficult it is to control unwanted emotions... which is what I think The Hulk is all about. I don't want to see a big beastie that only The Hulk can fight off - I want to see The Hulk have to turn down sex because it gets him too riled up.

You are wrong. The hulk has many different forms. When wolverine faught the hulk the hulk was in his smarter form which means he had the mind of banner. The hulk ripped wolverine in half and threw his legs 4 miles away. The hulk regenerates quicker than wolverine. When everyone on the planet was killed, including all super heroes the only one to still be alive was the hulk and roaches. Banner tried to kill himself multiple times but the hulk would just come out.

In the last series that I read which was World War Hulk, the Hulk Came back to earth (after he was tricked and shot to another planet) He beat the **** out of Iron man, All the x-men (including knocking the juggernaut to another state) fantastic 4, Black Bolt, Dr. Strange and every other would be hero that stepped up. The Hulk is Unstoppable! Unstoppable!

He didn't die, he drug his upper half up on a mountain because he smelled his legs up there.;)

It's not clear what transpired as the series stalled(I think only 1-3 have been printed) and there has been no new release in the past couple years.

I was reading up on this and found out that this series was actually written by the co-creater of Lost, Damon Lindelof.

YEa it stalled and wolverine didnt die.

The hulk beat all the xmen (including wolverine) in the World war hulk series. The were trying to protect xavier from the hulk. And he walked right trough all of them one by one! LOL. HE beat the new xmen (which were young pupils) and then the old xmen arrived and he smashed them too.

I'm excited about this movie. The CGI work should be much better and while I'm not a huge Edward Norton fan, he might be ok. At least he won't butcher the dialogue with a bad accent.
