Zeppelin Air or JBL L8 ?

Hey Guys,

I was just about to buy the B&W Zeppelin Air, when I happened to check out the JBL Authentics L8 speakers. And Man they sound impressive ! And I am kind of in a fix on my earlier decision of going with the Zeppelin Air should I now be really going with it, or would the JBL L8 be a better choice. Interms of Performance I really cant make out the difference but the JBL L8 I thought gave a more concert like a experience and it has I guess 2 4 Inch woofers so BASS is also impressive. Anyone who would like to help me decide here, someone who has had the opportunity to listen to both these speakers and what is your feeling on it ? I know sound is relative...Individual choice...Blahhh...Blahhh... all that is fine but still any suggestions between these two ?

I am going to point to you - and what you said >>>

I am not a big B&W fan - and when JBL is on, they are on - their L series speakers have been some nice ones.

However, all in all - I would get a receiver and a pair of bookshelf speakers.

Now, try to make a decision before Christmas.

Look, if you can't trust your own judgment, do you really think you'll be satisfied if someone else tells you something?

In all honesty, with your inability to commit, you're never going to be satisfied with whatever you wind up with. There's always gonna be that little voice inside saying to you "I think I really liked the other one better." ...better get used to it.

But this time I do feel it is a very close call that I have to take between the Zeppelin Air and JBL L8 ! I am getting inclined towards the JBL L8 !

Personally, I've never had to be told which speaker I liked better.
