Dude shoots his step daughters boyfriend after he catches them having sex. I can see pounding on the kid a little, but trying to shoot his pecker off? That seems a little extreme.

Why is he blaming the guy? If it weren't for all the female school teachers getting caught having sex with students, he wouldn't be bothering the guy's step-daughter.

what's really going to screw this guy is that he after he caught them he left the room and went to go get his gun and came back and shot the kid 4 times. If he had the gun on him at the time (or only shot the kid once), then maybe you could make the case for a crime of passion. In this case I think they're going to be able to make a strong case for premeditated attempted murder.

I don't know the laws of Florida specifically, but I thought that in some premeditated attempted murder will get the same punishment as 2nd degree murder. If this is true, this guy could end up going to jail for a long time.

Wait the father went to get the gun and the kid didn't jump out the window. F him he deserved to get shot. When I was a teen I got caught a couple times (and yes one time the father pulled a rifle on me, luckily I asked him if throwing away his life and ruining his family was worth it....I wanted to say Is it worth it cause your daughters the biggest Ho in high school, but when I had a rifle shoved up against my jaw, I felt this was not the time at being a smartarse.

But the kid should've boogied on out of there while "pops" was finding the rifle.

Maybe the kid thought the old man went to get him a refreshment because he had after all just got done doing some of his best work. He was tired.

If I catch a 16 year old tagging my 18 year old daughter, she's in trouble.
If I catch an 18 year old tagging my 16 year old daughter and he thinks I went to get him a beer ...
