Isaac Hayes dies at 65. As mentioned in the Bernie Mac thread, seems like many of the greats are passing away of late. It seems as though some well before their time.

I'll never forget watching "Shaft" and the great theme song he did for that movie. I suppose the theme song is the reason I watched it to begin with.

Very sad, motown lost one of its best. Curtis Mayfield once said that if he could hit those lows like Hayes it would have been the Impression, not the Impressions.
