Actually, the 1400 is a better value, for the money that is. &nbsp;However, the 2400 has a few more upgrades on it, but one may never have the need for those few extras anyways.

<font color='#000000'>They are both very very similiar. &nbsp;The 2400 has an extra 5 or 10 watts. &nbsp;Can't remember which but it's really not a factor. I think it's 110w vs. 120w. &nbsp; The main difference with the 2400 is the RS-s32c port. &nbsp;If you don't need it, go for the 1400. Like Ross mentioned, it's a better value dollar vs. features.
