I Am Considering Buying A Yamaha Ysp 800 Speaker But I Have A Pioneer 50" Plasma Tv With Digital Reciever And 2 Side Speakers Which Are Set To Tru Bass And Surround Sound.
Can Anyone Advise Me On Whether I Would Be Wasting My Money Buying The Ysp 800 Because I Do Not Want To Buy One And Find Out That The Sound Output Will Be Not Much Different. Thank You.

The YSP's work best with a seperate subwoofer. If you already have a sub, I think you'll like the YSP much better than the TV's speakers.

sub woofer

Thanks for the reply. Yes I do have a sub woofer but it is with my panasonic dvd and 5,1 surround speakers but I only use this when watching a dvd.
I would sell this system complete so I guess your saying I would need the yamaha sub woofer too and then the ysp 800 would be better than what I have now?

that would be the best option, but you wouldn't need a "Yamaha" sub. there are probably a lot of better subs out there for similar money.

Thank you again for your help. Do you know of a good sub woofer that you could recommend then, as I would just go and order the yamaha as they have an offer on the ysp 800 plus sub woofer for 695euros which is £480 at my local store.
