Yamaha YSP 1100 vs. 1000 buying advice

Hi guys!

Great review on the YSP 1100 on the site thanks!
I just came back from checking some stores. I found out that they still have some YSP-1000 at around 80% the price of the newer ysp-1100 (in Europe is sold at 1000 Euros).
For this reason I would like to know what makes YSP-1100 better than a 1000?
Is there any substantial improvement that may justify buying it?

YSP 1100 vs Sony RHT-G800

Has anyone been able to compare the YSP 1100 to Sony's new RHT-G800?
One main difference I'm aware of is, that the RHT-G800 doesn't need walls for reflecting sound. One of my problems being that my living room has too much furniture. Removing some of if is not an option. Your comments will be appreciated.
