What AMP would you guys recommend? I have my HT system running through my receiver. Here isa list of teh components:

50" Plasma
DVD Player
Cable Box

If you guys recommend it, I would like to add better sound to my system. Unfortunantely I cannot remember what speakers I have but I can tell you that I paid 2000 for the speakers with installation ( 4 of them ) They are in wall speakers. They sound pretty good now, But if at all possible I would like to enhance them. What AMP would you guys recommend in the 300 - 500 price range.

What subwoofer do you have? It seems unlikely that adding an amplifier will enhance your listening experiance, but a really good subwoofer can really make some significant changes.:) Unless your inwalls are really demanding (impossible to know without knowing what they are, LOL) adding an amplifier will do next to nothing at most volumes.

I have an ENERGY Sub Woofer, that I actually do not have hooked up yet. I will try adding that first to see if it adds anything to the experience. The one reason I shy'd away from the woofer is becuase it would have to go into my cabinet and Ive heard from others that it causes rattle and other unwanted noise becuase it is trapped in the cabinetry. Here is link to the subwoofer, what do you think? Should I hook it up, is it a decent sub?
