Yamaha Rx663 vs Marantz 4002

I am planning to but a new receiver currently comparing between Yamaha Rx663 vs Marantz 4002, the Yamaha is for 500US$ and the Marantz is for 340US$.

What do you think? does the difference between the 2 amps equal the diffirance in money?

Does anyone have a 663 to give me his user comments on it?

Does the 663 work well in closed cabinets (overheating problems)?

The Yamaha 663 has the HD decoders whereas the 4002 does not. However, if you have a player that decodes, I believe the 4002 will accept PCM over HDMI. I'd go with the Marantz in that case.
