Yamaha RX-Z1 question ?

<font color='#000000'>Hi All, as the prices of Yamaha RX-Z1 going down because the new RX-Z9 was introduced I decided to upgrade my Yamaha 2095 to RX-Z1. but I have little problem with the remote; for some reason the original remote control from my RX-Z1 goes on without any reason. I can be watching TV, or listen to my music and the remote just lights up for no reason, without touching it. did any one ever experience anything like this.

Well, I have to assert my expertise in this area: I don't think that it's the poltergeist. I can tell you for certain (and I am unanimous in this!) that Yamaha has packaged some worms in their remote and Gollum, in his quest for food, activates the remote when secretly extracting his hors d'oeuvre . And that's the truth!!! .

However, I don't have a RX-Z1 so I don't know how the remote is activated. But, I do have a 'One For All/Kameleon' 8-Device Universal Remote and the display comes-to-life just by slightly moving it. In addition, it'll continually turn-on and off in response to the sonics from the sub. So, is it possible that you could have some low freq sound that is setting it off???
