Neither. No system is perfect.
Figure out what receiver you should get with these, and maybe more, points:
1) what features you need
2) what features you want
3) fits your budget
4) is the best compromise
5) you feel best about
Both are viewed as good receivers. I can't comment on the speaker system. I've never heard it.
