Yamaha hands down, unless you do not perceive needing audio capabilities over HDMI. The Pioneer carries only video via HDMI, meaning you can never get the lossless audio and such that is possible with HDMI audio unless your source has multi-channel audio outs.
Personally, I would never buy a receiver that has HDMI ports that do not handle audio.
