I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I've read the manual but it hasn't helped me solve my problem. According to the manual, the receiver will remember a sound field for each input. I have not found this to be the case. Whatever input I switch to...DVD or DTV or Tuner etc.......it always remembers the last sound field. For example if I'm using Dolby Pro-Logic II Game mode for the PS2, then switch to watching DTV, it will stay in Dolby Pro-Logic II Game mode even though I want Dolby Pro-Logic II Movie for watching DTV. Why is it not remembering a certain sound field for a given input? Any help would be appreciated. This is kind of embarrasing......I'm not new to this stuff, but I can't see to figure this one out.
