Yamaha RX-V650 Phono Connection

I recently purchased a yamaha RX-V650 AV receiver and noticed i do not have a Phono input for a phono player.
Does anyone know if i can connect a phono player to the aux input into this unit or anyway I can play records through this receiver?

The aux. input doesn't have the amplification needed to play the phono. You can get some phono/inline amps at Radio Shack, fairly cheap, I think.

Sure would. Just make sure it does have a phono connection. I bought an Adcom gtp500 off of ebay for $75 and it works great.
