yamaha rx-v595RDS remote control on LCD TV LG

hello,

I have got:
- amplifier yamaha rx-v595RDS
- remote control yamaha rav171
- LCD TV LG 42LG5000

I want to "connect" remote control with TV, but I dont know code for my LG TV? In the list of manufacturers code theres no code for LG TV. I tried codes from manuals from manufacturers: goldstar, panasonic, samsung without any luck..

It's there any posbibilities to control my tv with that remote control?

The manual for the RX-V595 does list a code for an LG television on page 108. The code is "0056". It's under the code listings for Canadian and Chinese models, but it might work for you. I'd appreciate it if you'd let us know if that works.

No, it doesn't work, it's seems that the code is not in the memory of RC. When I type code 0056 there no 2x blink of the red light for conformation.

any other code maybe?
