Yamaha rx v577 Scenes

OK I definitely give up. I have read the whole manual, searched the web to no avail. How do you go about setting the sources in the scenes. For the TV one I want HDMI 2 NOT AV1 and the rest of the settings...HELP

All you should have to do is select the desired input, set the desired sound mode, and then press and hold the desired scene button until "Scene Set" appears on the display.
