Yamaha RX-V567 and HDMI

I can't seem to find an answer to this so here goes :

I have a Yamaha RX-V567 receiver and upconvert DVD, Dish Network VIP211, HDTV with 3 HDMI inputs and a ROKU HD box. My problem is when I try to set up my receiver using HDMI cable none of my equipment shows up on my TV. I just get a blue screen saying signal not found. I use RBG from my DVD straight to the TV and Optical to Yamaha which works, but the Dish and ROKU don't seem to work with the Yamaha pass through. I read in the users manual that I need to enable HDMI on the receiver which I did but no luck. So how do I set up HDMI pass through on my Yamaha

Did you enable the HDMI out on the DISH box and ROKU HD?

I think I found the problem and it is with the Dish Receiver. It does not do HDMI no matter what I hook it up to. ROKU did not work yesterday, but works fine today.

I bet it does. I have Direct TV DVRs and you have to enable the HDMI output at the device. I would bet you have not done that and therefore there is no output at the HDMI port.
