Yamaha rx- v479

dear all

I jus t bought yamaha rx-v479. But on the display it says test product. When go to see the hdmi ports the one that i am using also says test product. Cannot undo it, and in the user s manuel it does have any reference to this.

Can you please tell me what this is? And how to take out?

Already tryed. Stays the same.

Can you return it? Maybe call customer service? Are you in the US?

No. Portugal. Tomorrow i will go to the shop where i bought it. either they solve it or they will have to swap it.

Call them before you go maybe there is a way to remove it. Good luck.
