I do not own a Yamaha but, as far as I can tell online, there is no video pass-through feature on the 475. According to the press releases I found from 2013, the 775 and 675 include that feature. But there are other options.
First, is there a reason you cannot run the video through the AVR processor and simply adjust the video settings on your display to your liking? There are numerous display calibration dvd's and bd's available to assist with image calibration. Keep in mind that regardless whether the video runs through the AVR the signal is still affected by video processors in your display and your source (cable box, bd/dvd player etc). Unless the video processor in your AVR is degrading the picture quality (artifacts etc.), I'm not sure I would be overly concerned with avoiding one of the many video processors in the chain. There are much more knowledgeable people on this board than me on this topic, however, so I'd be happy to hear more learned opinions.
If you are still concerned, then you can run the video from each source to your TV via separate HDMI cables and run the audio for each source to an audio input on your AVR (digital coax, optical). Presuming you have enough compatible audio inputs on your AVR and HDMI inputs on your TV to accommodate your sources then that should work. I have an older, pre-HDMI Denon AVR and this is how I have mine set up. The downside to this is that you have to change both the AVR input and the TV input when switching between sources which can be cumbersome with multiple remotes. That concern is alleviated if you have a decent universal remote with macro capability. If not, and you don't want to invest money in a remote, then I recommend option 1.
Good luck.
