Yamaha RX-V2700

Hi Folks
New to this forum.
Based in New Zealand,I have just installed a Yamaha RX- V2700,sounds great,trying to network it with my PC. I can see it on the network, how the hell do you get it to output music through the
receiver,using Microsoft media player latest version.

Did you try the Owners Manual for direction?

To enable file sharing via Windows Media Player 11, you have to go to Tools, Options, Library, and check the tick box to enable media sharing. That may or may not help, but that's at least how you enable media sharing with WMP.
