Just installed Yamaha RX-V2400 receiver with a main room home theatre 5.1 and 4 additional rooms with 2 speakers each. Connected RX-V2400 to a speaker selector box. Was suppose to have Zone 1 (main room) and Zone 2 (other 4 rooms) and be able to listen to 1 source in zone 1 and a different source for zone 2 at the same time. There's no other receiver or amp for zone 2 in my connection (was told I didn't need any). A "pro" installed this, but said he doesn't know how to turn on the RX-V2400's amp for zone 2, so now I can only listen to one source for the whole system. P.73 of the manual: To use the internal amp, select ON in ZONE2 AMP. Does anyone know how to do that-step-by-step? Thanks much! Please help!
