Then I guess it's time to make an account. It's unfortunate, but most online contests/giveaways that are held will be twitter and/or facebook related. It's basically tons of free marketing for the manufacturer or whoever is running the contest since you have to repost their crap for your entries. I don't post the facebook contests unless I absolutely have to, but I do have a twitter account soley for entering contests like this.

Then you seem to be out of luck. I am not going to sign up to those things just to enter a contest. The odds of winning are extremely low, even if you do everything you can to maximize your chances.

And I don't really need a new receiver anyway.

It's not like it takes much time to make an account or enter the contests. You don't have to maintain your twitter or facebook or go on it daily...just use it for contests.

Of course, the more of you who don't want to bother, the better my odds are

While I centainly would like to add an A1010 to my setup for free it's just not worth my time to sign up. Probably only valid in the US anyways.
