I have a Yamaha RX-596 powering my home speaker system - usually we leave it on 24/7 and simply turn up tehe volume in any room we want sound in. I recently got XM radio (SkyFi) and connected it into this receiver, and listen to XM throughout the house. However, since doing this, the receiver shuts off for no reason. You then have to turn it back on and it works fine for serveral hours before shutting down again. Could a simply audio input, from the XM, be causing this problem. Prior to XM, I typically used the tuner and it never shut down. Thanks.
