Yamaha receiver

I just need some last minute advice. I am very close to buying a YAMAHA HTR-5750 off of ebay for $300 shipped, is there any reason why I should wait (i.e. something better at the same price)? I will be using this receiver to power a 5.1 surround sound system consisting of Cerwin Vega V-12F mains, Cerwin Vega V-5C center channel, Cerwin Vega V-5M bookselves, and a Cerwin Vega V-10S powered sub. Thanks.

The price that I listed was for a brand new receiver. I could also get a Onkyo TXSR502 locally at Circuit City for the same price. Which is better?

By reading the review posted here I think I will spend the extra $100 and get the Harman Kardon AVR 130.
