yamaha r-7 receiver not working properly? need help

i have a yamaha r-7 receiver always worked great, recently i pulled the receiver apart to change the if filters on the board i didnt touch anything else . i put the unit back togther and plugged it in and i would not power up
properly . the power switch lite comes on but no display , i also dont get the click noise after 5 seconds when you turn it on . i took the cover off and look around making sure i didnt bump anything . any ideas would be great

I had an R-7.....I would have had to shoot it to kill it. It just went on and on and on. I recently sold if for 40 bucks, still in mint shape. They are so cheap....it must be less expensive to replace. Yes?
