Hi everybody.
I have a question for u guys.
I am not sure will I be benefited from switching from rx v2600 to a-s301? I am currently using the reciever for vinyl (carbon debut)and cd(Sony cx995) only. It is connected to ns-777 and forgot the model number but it is sub with amp by Yamaha as well.
Is 301 build better then 2600 in terms of sound wise?
Also when I put the 2600 in pure direct, not bass is coming from the sub. Unless I use the b terminal from the reciever to the sub. Will 301 be the same as 2600 on this matter?

Thank you for replying in advance

Suggest you Google both, and put up the specifications. Then tell us something about how you plan to use your sound system, and where. This will give people a logical place to start helping out out...

If the 2600 is in top condition, it should be more powerful for 2 channel use. What are you trying to gain with the A-S301?
