Yamaha HTR-5890 Zone 2 Issue

I've had the 'Presence/Zone 2' outputs on a Yamaha HTR-5890 receiver connected to outdoor speakers for about a year. The left output on the 'Presence/Zone 2' has stopped working. I have confirmed that wiring and speakers are good.

Any ideas on what would cause the output to stop working?

Bummer

You might try switching the receiver between the Powered Zone 2 and Surround Back settings a couple times to see if both outdoor speaker start working. Also, hook the outdoor speakers up to different terminals on the receiver like the B speaker outputs to verify that the speakers and wiring are good. One of the connections outside might have become oxidised or corroded.
