Yamaha HTR-5650 or Panasonic HE-200K

<font color='#000000'>I've been looking for a reciever for a two weeks and stoped on these two. The Yamaha has 75wpc X 6ch and the Panasonic 130wpc X 6ch. But the Yamaha has a bit more freatures. Which would you buy and why?</font>
