Hi,
I just bought a yamaha 7.2 channel 630 watt receiver and i want to get new front speakers to mount. I want to wall mount them and keep them on the smaller size (4-5.25” woofer). I found these and want some thoughts on them or any other suggestions you have for fronts.
Definitive Texhnology Pro Monitor 800 (4 inch woofer). OR:
Definitive Technology Pro Monitor 1000 (5.25 inch woofer)
I also want to know how high they should be mounted compared to what is pictured (same height?) and is doing the job of hiding the speaker wire behind wall and exiting it at the baseboard below it relatively easy? i don’t have fish tape so any ideas of what tools i should get to do the job (including base plate for wire exit).
The current speakers are part of a 5.1 Energy system and i want to start slowly upgrading it. (Keep 5.1 setup in this room)
