XTZ Room Analyzer II

About to buy a pair of XTZ 99.36 speakers and saw that XTZhad an acoustic measurement system "Room Analyzer II" for $ 210.

My room is pretty bad, and I'll start with a little acoustic treatment and it would be good to be able to measure if there is any improvement. Anyone tested this?

I've heard a lot of good things about that (and the dayton omnimic), but I've no experience with either. Hopefully somebody else here can offer some useful input
