Finally managed to borrow a digital camera. Well, this is it for now. Until I buy my next house and build a dedicated room.

It works, but it's too narrow to seat more that 3 (skiny) people on one sofa.

For about 1.5 years I had the fronts turned in more. But after reading a lot in these forums I turned them out a bit. Now they points towards the left and right seating position instead of the middle.

What do you people think?

PS: I forgot to take close ups of the equipment. If you want to know what it is I can tell you.

Thanks.

Sorry Sheep

Okay then...but I was only thinking about Sheep.

Speakers:
Klipsch RF-35 fronts
Klipsch RC-35 centre
Klipsch RS-25 surrounds
Paradigm PW-2100 v2

Components:
Yamaha RX-V2500 - love the Yammy remotes (also have a RX-V1400 as a "spare")
Yamaha DVD-S657 dvd-a/v, sacd, cd player
Kenwood CD-206 5 disk carousel CD player (the only component left over from my "old" system. But this baby only plays CDs. None of the MP3, WMA, blah blah blah crap.)
Anthem MCA-30 and MCA-20 (x2) amplifiers
Sony PS2 (hardly ever gets used but still rocks)
Microsoft Xbox360 (retired the xbox last night)

Cables:
I know...I know...I have 2 monster cables...but the rest is your general run of the mill Walmart / Radio Shack variety. I now have cables for the multi channel out from my dvd player. But they have yet to be installed. More and more I want an equipment closet and a rack that I can work behind. I have a lot of copper behind that receiver. I would like to have everything made to custom length. But that will not work when you have to pull out the components to make connections.

Sweet, your certainly not lacking for volume level with all the those klipsch. I owned a pair of towers simular to those some years back, I liked them quite a bit.

System 2

I bought myself a small 2 channel mixer to go with my "portable" speaker set. I no longer need a mid level (or better) receiver with preouts.

Less power than my HT setup....but LOUDER.....

The mixer is on the table front centre. I have a CD player connected to it at the moment. :D

Ummm, what? Is there something I need to know?
Someone (can't remember who) posted pics of their system without going into detail about the hardware. Then you made a comment that (you) "like being left in the dark" about the hardware specs. That is what I was referring to when I made that comment, since I forgot to post the hardware specs too.

I am getting my first chance to use that setup this summer at an outdoor BBQ party. That's why I needed a mixer. I was using my Yamaha RX-V1400 at first. But it is a little too expensive and dear to me to be lugging around.

Nice looking system Weasel.

From what I understand you should turn your speakers until they cross just in front of the sweet spot to create a phantom center. Since you have a center I would just turn them in to cross just behind the listening area.
