Xbox Series X native Atmos games & 7.2.6 output

So I’ve found something odd that happened on my Emo 13.3 and now my Denon x6700h. The few native Dolby Atmos or DTS:X games seem to be limited to 7.2.4. I have absolutely zero output from my top middle or front wide (I’ve tried both configurations). However when watching any sort of streaming content that uses Atmos MAT like Disney+, I have full 6 speaker output from my height layer. Obviously if it’s DD+ 5.1 and I upmix it I’ve also got full output but it would seem that all of the existing Series X native Atmos games are limited to 11 channels. DTS:X yields the same results. I understand there isn’t a wealth of information in the top middle for most content and the only reason why I noticed is because of having 6 height layer speakers for the last month or so. Curious if anyone else has had the same experience.

Short version…
It’s definitely been covered before. Soundtracks that are locked to 7.1.4(mostly Disney)will do that, while tracks that are 7.1.2(ready player one, saving private ryan etc) use only the TM. Tracks that are not locked allow the renderer to place sounds in all locations.
