You'd think G4Tv would have been the logical place for such a advertising blitz.

This is all part of MTV's strategy to get as far away from showing videos as humanly possible. Next week, MTV unveils a new Cheeto brand snack food!

Well, everyone gets MTV (unfortunately), and few people get G4/Tech, so it does make sense, but I don't think it matters either way. With Microsoft's promise that all Xbox360 games will support at least 720p widescreen, it will be quite a nice showcase for HT setups...

All I want is Perfect Dark Zero.

Except G4 isn't as globally accessible as MTV is.

Hmm, when WAS the last time MTV actually played a video? I haven't watched them since the 80s.

And if I might ask, just who is Elijah Wood? Was he one of the hobbits?

Elijah Wood is in Sin City as well... great movie! It was all shot in HD, I can't wait to buy it on HD-DVD!

Damn! The surprise is gone. I was told that there was a character in Sin City-a freak--that was somewhat of a surprise casting. I was looking foreward to seeing who it was. It has to be E.Wood. Oh well. I'm still looking foreward to seeing it.

Late!

Well, he can't be the suprise because I've seen him listed in previews, so I don't think that was it. There are a lot of freaks in that movie. Just see the movie anyway.

I would really be suprised if Xbox360 wasn't able to play 1080p DVDs using the WMV9 codec. 720p is most likely just the minimum spec... but we'll know more at E3... or if I can figure out a way to hold a gun to my head to watch MTV.

I think MTV shows little clips of videos after their "shows". Rarely have I ever actually caught a video while channel surfing. VH1 is doing likewise I believe... many videos are junk now... now both channels are full of even worse programming if at all possible.
