WTF is Energy still in business?

I can't say that I've been following them, but I haven't heard anything about them since they were closing out the RC series (which Klipsch drew out for like 3-4 years).
However, here we have NewEgg selling new Energy CF-70's!
Anybody have any insight on what Klipsch is doing?

Looks like someone opened up a door in a warehouse that had been ignored for a couple of years.

Seems to be a decent build, 5 Benjamin‘s for pair of towers with a mid aluminum driver.
A sub will be needed, I didn’t see those reaching very low, Still a good value for sure.
