Hi, after a friend of mine won 2 of these for me,
BOTH sellers decided to be jerks about the
tv be shipped! Then a third person responded to my ad
on avsforum.com only to be ruined be an
ADOLESENT JERK NAMED: WALTCHAN, CIRE...FAN, KORA...KID!
SO, NOW I HAVE TO RELIST THIS AD HERE!
NOW IF YOU HAVE THE TV, IT NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED!
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT I DON`T HAVE THE TIME TO DRIVE TO
TEXAS, CALIFORNIA, NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY! TO BUY THIS TV!
IF SHIPPING THE TV IS A HASSLE, THEN DON`T BOTHER RESPONDING TO THIS AD! THANK YOU!

The state I live in is...

The state that I live in is...Indiana!
It HAS to be shipped to Northwest Indiana.
To make a longgg story short.
I saw this TV at my local Circuit City`s in July 2004.
The 1 CLOSEST to me had 1 that was banged up a bit.
The OTHER one, was right over the border in
Calumet City, IL. Anyway, when I saw that they were
closing out the tv`s, I had to have 1.
A week later I went back with the down payment,
and BOTH of the C.C.`s were OUT of it!
NONE left in stock either! SO, since then i`ve been
trying to aquire this tv with bad results!
I don`t understand WHY i`m having such a hard time getting
it? EVERYONE who is selling it, is either in
NY. or CA. NO ONE LOCALLY! I don`t understand
WHY nobody wants to sell this tv locally?
I thought that PLASMAS were the best thing since sliced
bread! I don`t have space for a 60, 50, 42 inch
plasma, THIS CT-36HL43 would be going in a
bedroom, and we already have a Sony 60 inch RP HDTV, SO,
I just need THIS model! I have the stand for it already!
I just need the CT-36HL43 TV!

Sir, I already tried that. There was a guy here locally,
but he sold his set within a day, after I emailed him.
The question is, Why did you even post a reply, if your
responce has NOTHING to do with the topic?
First of all, I looked for another set like it,
there is none around.
Second, i`ve looked in the local trade paper,
same thing.
Third, I posted here, hoping to find it.
So there you go.

Are you serious? You've had this out there for over 3 months, no one has responded to you other than Matt, who was trying to help you but couldn't completely understand your original posting because of its ambiguity and flaming manner, and myself, in which I am trying to help you move on. My advice to you is to stop pining for this particular model and see if you can find something else comparable that you can use.

In addition to that, you've contributed absolutely nothing to these forums other than your whining tirade at the beginning of this thread. Try contributing now and then, maybe give back a little to the AH community. If you did, you might find people can be much more willing to help you find something or possibly something comparable, which is what I was suggesting.

Sorry, I contribute to AVS Forum and have OVER 70+ posts
to where I contributed.
I DO go on ebay, but as I stated it`s hard to get someone
in NY, OR, CT, MA, CA, TX to ship a 36 inch TV.
THAT`S why I listed here to hopefully find someone
close to me! Thank you for your opinion,
but trust me, I have already done what you suggested.

Well, It`s almost April, and STILL I have NOT found this TV
for sale. SO, I decided to re-post it, in hopes of
finding it for sale.

Hi, and thanks for your offer,
But I would rather get the 36HL43. The 44 version doesn`t
offer the PIP windows that I need for my editing.
It only offers Picture Next To Picture, like the new Sony`s.
I do thank you for your offer, and it`s nice to see
someone responding to my ad, but I would rather wait for now,
and see IF one pops up. Thanks. I`ll keep in touch.
