A fellow on the local craigslist is selling some equipment for what I deem to be a fair price. Here's what he's offering for $60

Denon DRA-25 receiver
Denon DCD-520 CD player
Aiwa AD-WX707 Cassette deck
Infinity RS 2000 speakers

I happen to not be in need of a cassette deck, but I believe the receiver and speakers alone make this worthwhile. Is this correct?

Depends what you're going to use it for. Simply as a music receiver? If it works, why not?

If you're looking for more of an audio/visual hub, it's pretty useless.

Those units listed are very old and don't even show on Denon's website.

Just looking for a decent bookshelf speaker setup for my room. I happened to swing by and pick them up a little while ago. The foam surrounds on the infinities are completely gone, ok other than that. I have some optimus pro 77s I've put to use in the meantime.
