Is this the smallest DAC in the world? We think so. The question is, will the quality be worth the $295 cost of entry and do you need more features than a simple stereo analogue output?

In order to sell it, they probably need to put it in a 17" wide cabinet with 5 lb. weight in it. ;)

M2tech do also have other very interesting products, like a USB based s/pdif interface, good if you already have a hi-end dac :D

size correction: Metric - (2 x 1.4 x 8.8cm)

just thought I would correct the size in the announcement. It's actually metric at 2cm x 1.4cm x 8.8cm:)

Looks like audioquest's dragonfly.. Only 50$ more. I'll take a dozen!! Not:D
Audioengine D1 is 130.00 less ,has 2 inputs, and you can adjust volume on the unit. Not much larger either.
