Keiko Matsui and Eric Chiryoku...Buddha Bar is very good...I have many collections of World Music...from SouthEast Asia to China and Japan...I also have Arabic music, pretty cool.
Eric Chiryoku is a bit too quiet for me. I'm looking for something a bit more up-beat. Keiko Matsui is just a bit too jazzy. As you can see, I'm rather fussy.
It's Budda-bar 3 that I have and think it's excellent. Which of the others, if you have them, would you recommend? I find that I'm quite partial to the eastern sounding music on the CDs I have.
Stemming from Budda-bar 3, I bought Nacho Sotomayor's
La Roca CDs (volume 2 and 3) and think both are pretty good, though I'd say they're more chill-out than world music. I suspect I'll try to trace some more artists whose individual songs on Budda-bar 3 I like.
