Wiring Home Theater - what to send to TV?

I'm going to be retro wiring my living room. Since this will involve taking down the crown molding to run the wires, cutting holes in drywall, etc. I want to ensure I only have to do it once.

I plan to have a HDMI switching receiver and run HDMI to the wall-mounted TV. I also plan to put an outlet behind where it will hang to power the thing. Since the TV I'm thinking of getting has networking features, I will also run ethernet to it. Are there any other connectors I should have back there?

Thanks for any input!

You could put a piece, or two, of conduit in the wall behind the TV so it's there for future expansion.
